Human VZV-IgG(Varicella zoster virus-Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit

Description: This kit is based on indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology. VZV antigen is pre-coated onto a 96-well plate. Test samples are added to the wells, and unbound components are washed away with wash buffer. Then HRP-conjugated Anti-Human IgG antibody is added. If VZV-IgG is present in the sample, it forms a VZV-Ag – VZV-IgG – HRP-Anti-Human IgG complex. After washing to remove excess conjugate TMB substrate is added to visualize the HRP enzymatic reaction. The reaction produces a blue color which changes to yellow after adding the stop solution. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm with a reference wavelength of 650 nm. The intensity of the color is proportional to the amount of VZV-IgG in the sample.
